Terms and Conditions
Cuddle Bear Bottoms provides a limited manufactures warranty for 30 days starting from the day you
receive your items. Warranty covers manufactures defects including PUL delaminating, Stitching,
Seams, Elastic, and Snaps. In the case of a manufacturer defect, please contact us and we will provide a
free replacement diaper (same style and print if possible); if it is not possible at the moment, we will
provide store credit.
Staining and fading that may develop due to normal wear and tear, will not be covered under the
Leaks are not considered a defect but if you are experiencing leaks, please feel free to contact us and we
will be more than happy to troubleshoot with you to ensure you have success cloth diapering.
Warranty is voided if proper use and washing procedures are not followed or if the item is modified in
any way from its original form.
Due to the nature of our products, items must be returned Unwashed, Unused and Unprepped for a
refund/ exchange. Items in new condition may be shipped back within 30 days at customer’s expense
for a refund of the actual purchase price (excluding shipping charges). If the item was part of an order
qualifying for free shipping, the price to ship that item will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned or exchanged item, if the item is not in new sellable condition,
has been washed, or contains strong odor(such as but not limited to the smell of pets, perfume, home
fragrance, and smoke).
Items returned that are not eligible for refund or exchange will not be sent back to the customer unless
arrangements are made for us to ship back at customer’s expense.
We ship from Central New Jersey. We do our best to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving an order (Monday-Saturday excluding holidays and snow days). Shipping is charged by the weight of merchandise. Purchases of 16 ounces and under will ship USPS First Class. Purchases more than 16 ounces will ship USPS Flat Rate Priority. Both first class and priority shipping will provide a tracking number that will be forwarded to the email address on the order. We do offer local pickup to anyone local to Raritan New Jersey, please message us to arrange your Pick up in advance.
If a package is returned due to an address error, Cuddle Bear Bottoms is not obligated to reship that
order. Reshipping a package will be at customer’s expense.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
Please call your local post office in the event that a package is missing. Be sure to have your tracking
number and tracking information ready when you call. Most packages are found with only a slight delay
in delivery, we cannot guarantee a full refund for lost packages, but will work with you to try to resolve
